Embodied is my signature group coaching experience—a five-week deep dive into the practices of embodiment, nervous system regulation, and anchored accountability. You’ll learn to identify the subtle cues of your body, to regulate and resource yourself, and to take aligned action from a grounded place.
We’ll work on both the micro and the macro—how you show up moment by moment, how your habits shape your days, and how your nervous system plays a central role in your ability to follow through. Then we’ll zoom out to your larger vision: how you want to feel, what you’re here to create, and what stands in the way.
We get clear on what you value most and what your body is trying to communicate—where there’s activation, where there’s freeze, and where there’s flow. We’ll gently untangle the patterns that keep you stuck and practice new ways of being that feel safe, satisfying, and sustainable.
Embodiment gives you access to your truth. Nervous system regulation helps you stay with it. Accountability supports you in showing up again and again.
