About Me

Welcome. I'm Mary Beth or MB. I'm a slow flow yoga and embodiment teacher, somatic practitioner, and the founder of Embodied by MB, a body of work rooted in presence, nervous system wisdom and soul. With nearly two decades of experience, I weave together somatics, slow flow, vinyasa, yin, and restorative practices into classes and programs that are deeply creative, emotionally attuned, and grounded in real life.

I've taught around the world at Wanderlust Festivals, developed programs for rehabilitation centers and underserved communities and brought my work into corporate spaces like Nike, Amazon and Bank of America. Through Embodied by MB, I offer virtual classes, retreats, a somatic-based teacher training, and coaching spaces designed to help people come home to themselves.

My work is known for its soulful depth, thoughtfully curated music, and the way it invites both movement and meaning. I live on a mountaintop in Evergreen, Colorado with my husband and son, where life is shaped by nature, family, and the quiet rituals I love most, road trips, library books, a strong cup of coffee and anything that feels like it has a little more soul in it.

The Embodied Membership gives you unlimited access to all live classes (6+ per month) plus our entire on-demand library of 500+ practices. You get everything you need to practice with me, whenever you need it, for just $47/month (or $23.50 for your first month with code MBFIRST50).

Absolutely! You can book a single class for $18, or get better value with a 3-pack for $12 per class. Every class includes a replay, so you can relive the experience anytime. There's also a free 60-minute Slow Flow + Restore class available to try first.

No problem! Every live class is recorded and available as a replay. For members, you also have access to our entire library of 500+ on-demand practices, so you can practice whenever it suits your schedule.

After booking or logging into your membership, you'll receive a link to join the live class via Zoom. Classes start at the scheduled time, and you can join from anywhere. You'll see the Zoom link in your confirmation email and in your Embodied account.

Yes! There's no contract or commitment. You can cancel your Embodied Membership at any time with no questions asked. Cancel from your account settings, and you'll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

Come as you are. You'll want a yoga mat (or any surface that feels safe for your body), and props like blocks, straps, or pillows if you have them. Wear whatever feels comfortable. Mary Beth's classes are all about meeting yourself where you are.
