2023
The year I recommit to myself wholeheartedly. The year I turn forty and celebrate ten(!) years of marriage. The year I go on a lot of adventures. The year of satisfaction and living from my sacral yes.
No doubt this year will have tears and belly laughter and extra wrinkles and all the things. Dark and light. Joy and disappointment. There’s room for it all.
But as Zora Neale Hurston writes, “There are years that ask questions and years that answer.”
Last year I asked a whole lot of questions. This year I’m ready to live into both the question and the answer.
Happy fashionably late new year, all.
