Join me for a nourishing, grounding practice that invites you to soften into yourself and your practice.
We’ll begin with a breath-led slow flow yoga practice that awakens the body and attunes you to sensation closing with some restorative shapes. As we slow down, the body becomes the doorway into deeper listening and self-awareness.
Through guided somatic invitations and embodied inquiry, we’ll close with reflective journaling, and intention setting, using prompts to give shape to what has surfaced.
