one-on-one somatic work
come home to the part of you that already knows the way.
Come home to the part of you that has always known.
Maybe you've spent years becoming who everyone else needed you to be — capable, responsible, the one everyone can count on. From the outside, your life might look beautiful. But somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing yourself.
Not because your wisdom disappeared. Because life got loud. The constant doing. The caring for everyone else. The pressure to hold it all together. The habits that once protected you now leave you feeling disconnected from your own body.
Your body hasn't forgotten who you are. It's just been waiting for you to listen.
This work isn't about fixing you. It's about creating enough safety, enough slowness, enough space so your own inner wisdom can finally be heard again.
you might find yourself here if …
You've gotten really good at functioning — and you feel disconnected from yourself underneath it.
You're tired of living in your head while your body carries what you won't let yourself feel.
You crave rest but don't know how to take it without guilt showing up first.
You can name everyone else's needs before you can name your own.
You're in a transition — a relationship, motherhood, recovery, perimenopause, grief, burnout, or just a quiet knowing that something has to shift.
You don't need another strategy.
You want to feel like yourself again.
our sessions are a place to exhale
Our sessions are a place to exhale.
We'll slow down enough to notice what's happening underneath.
We'll get curious about the patterns your nervous system learned over a lifetime — not to judge them, to understand them.
We'll explore what safety actually feels like in your body.
We'll practice staying with sensation instead of fixing it, explaining it, pushing past it.
Sometimes we'll move. Sometimes we'll breathe. Sometimes we'll sit in silence until something true shows up.
Sometimes we'll laugh. Sometimes we'll cry.
Every session is different, because every body tells its story differently.
I don't believe healing follows a checklist.
I believe it happens through relationship. Presence. Compassion. Practice.
who you'll be working with
This isn't about me.
But it does matter who you're sitting across from.
After more than twenty years teaching yoga and coaching women, I've come to believe transformation doesn't happen because someone has all the answers.
It happens because someone knows how to stay.
Stay present. Stay curious. Stay with you, without trying to rush you toward a breakthrough.
My job isn't to tell you who to become.
It's to help you hear what's already been living inside you, all along.
