Embodiment: The Foundation of True Change
Embodiment is about more than just thinking or planning—it’s about aligning your actions with your values and intentions. It’s the practice of integrating your mindset into your daily life. For me, embodiment was the missing link that turned intention into action. It was the secret sauce that brought my values and vision alive from the pages of my notebook, and into my every day.

What is needed now?
Do my actions represent my values?
And through this work I’ve become someone who lives out my values in a way that feels like me.
Accountability: Making Intentions Real
While embodiment provides the foundation, accountability ensures follow-through. It’s the practice of keeping promises to yourself and others. Accountability bridges the gap between what you envision for yourself and the actions required to make it a reality. Without it, even the best intentions can remain unfulfilled.
I’ve learned that without commitment and action, even the most carefully crafted plans and values can remain stagnant. The price of not committing and staying stuck in a cycle of inaction was simply too steep. Through accountability, I’ve been able to breathe life into my goals and values, transforming them into tangible outcomes.
The Ripple Effect: Action Begets Action
When you’re aligned, mindful, and intentional, action creates a ripple effect. Small, consistent actions lead to significant changes over time. This is where the magic happens—when your actions are in harmony with your intentions, growth becomes a natural outcome.

In my one-on-one accountability coaching, known as Embodied Action, I help my clients navigate their mindset, commitments, and vision.

Overcome Obstacles: Recognize and address what stands in the way of showing up fully.
Commit to Action: Develop a plan for consistent, intentional action that aligns with your values.
No one can do this work for you, and no one can build a life as uniquely beautiful as the one you will create for yourself. It requires unshakeable self-trust, embodied action, and a rooted “why.”

Our work together emphasizes daily practices that support embodiment and accountability. The key is to move away from an all-or-nothing mindset and focus on small, manageable choices that accumulate over time. By practicing who you are becoming and staying in a state of ease and flow, you build self-trust through action.

This integration helps you step into the most authentic version of yourself and live a life of true satisfaction and alignment. You take your daily choices off of autopilot and move from a deep, embodied “yes” as you build self trust through action.
I bring twelve years of coaching experience, as well as almost twenty years of yoga teaching and embodiment experience.

I’m an Iowa girl living on a mountaintop in Colorado with my husband, son and our two bulldogs.
