Slow Flow Yoga by the Creek
When:
Sunday, June 28
Sunday, July 26
Sunday, August 30
Time: 8 am
Join MB for a rejuvenating experience that combines the power of slow flow yoga, embodiment practices and practicing in nature. Connect with nature as you flow through a slow, soulful yoga flow ending with restorative alongside the creek. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and find inner peace in a tranquil outdoor setting.
Amano will be providing each participant with an iced Rosella tea.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported. We will be outside in the grass by the creek, so dress in layers and bring weather essentials like sunscreen, a hat or extra warmth.
In the case of severe weather, this class will be rescheduled.
After yoga, stick around for Amano’s Artisan Market. They’ll have 10+ local artists and makers with ceramics, art, jewelry, handmade goods, and all kinds of beautiful things to discover. Grab a coffee, wander around, and enjoy one of our favorite ways to spend a Sunday.
Parking:
Please do not park in the Adobe Creek Center (Amano) lot. Instead park along CO-74 or across the street at Happy Day or Piney. There’s ample street parking in walking distance.
Mary Beth’s teaching style is a creative, meditative, somatic slow flow — anchored by breath, backed by a beat. Expect intentional movement, steady rhythm, a little sweat, and soulful depth. Often we wind down with yin or restorative, sealing it all in.
