Welcome to our Outdoor Yoga + Sound Bath event!
When: Saturday, August 30th
Time: 11am-12:15pm
Join Mary Beth LaRue and Kayla Handley at Amano Coffee & Plants for a rejuvenating experience that combines the power of yoga and sound therapy. Connect with nature as you flow through yoga poses followed by a soothing sound bath led by experienced instructors to relax your body and mind. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and find inner peace in a tranquil outdoor setting. Don't miss out on this unique collaborative event.
Amano will be providing each participant with an iced Rosella tea.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported. We will be outside in the grass by the creek, so dress in layers and bring weather essentials like sunscreen, a hat or extra warmth.
In the case of severe weather, this class will be rescheduled.
Parking:
Please do not park in the Adobe Creek Center (Amano) lot. Instead, park along CO-74, near Kittredge Park or Fox Run Farms or across the street at Black Hat Cattle Co. There’s ample street parking in walking distance.
Mary Beth’s teaching style is a creative, meditative, somatic slow flow — anchored by breath, backed by a beat. Expect intentional movement, steady rhythm, a little sweat, and soulful depth. Often we wind down with yin or restorative, sealing it all in.
Kayla's sound bath meditation is a nurturing journey inward — a space to soften, release, and reconnect. Through resonant tones and mindful stillness, she invites you to attune to your inner landscape and emerge with clarity and calm.
