Escape with me to Sayulita, Mexico December 2-7, 2026. Sayulita is one of my most favorite places on earth, full of magic and beauty. a perfect place to reconnect within and reignite your spark.
La Joya is located on Playa Escondida, the ‘hidden beach’ and is just a short golf cart ride from the nearby town of Sayulita, which Mexican tourism designated ‘Pueblo Magico’ or magical town, that draws travellers from around the globe for its beginner friendly surf, lively art, music and bohemian charm.
During our Embodied retreat will begin every day with slow flow yoga, practicing on an expansive, open air, oceanview terrace. There will be plenty of space for quiet time in the sun, outdoor adventures and whatever you might need. This retreat is open exclusively to women to cultivate safe space for practice and deep work.
You’ll enjoy three delicious, nourishing meals prepared in the Tekuamana Restaurant, which has been curated by up and coming Mexican culinary star Jorge Miramontes. This organic restaurant has a menu filled with exceptional fresh and locally sourced dishes.
La Joya is a laidback but elegant space and has everything you could ask for in a healthful and restorative retreat. From the invigorating hot/cold spa, a salt water swimming pool, to filtered on site water – the space truly supports your wellbeing.
La Joya’s state of the art thermal spa includes a cold plunge that offers an invigorating sensory experience to boost mood, improve sleep and increase metabolism. Alongside it is a red cedar sauna that looks out onto the cold plunge and ocean. Finish the circuit with an aromatic steam room and essential oil diffusion for a complete fire and ice experience.
Whether you’re craving quiet solitude or a warm shared space, each room offers a sanctuary designed for deep rest and ease. Thoughtfully curated for comfort and calm, you’ll fall asleep to ocean air and wake to soft sunlight, the rhythm of the waves, and the gentle sway of palm trees. Every room features a private balcony with sweeping ocean views — your own place to land, exhale and restore.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, blackout shades, and plush mattresses to support truly restful sleep before each morning’s slow flow yoga practice. Organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will be waiting for you in your shower, and purified drinking water is available throughout the property to support our plastic-free intention. High-speed Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, an in-suite safe, and all linens — including beach towels — are thoughtfully included.

Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport PVR. If possible, arrive earlier in the day - before 3pm. Group transportation to and from the airport will be provided. Sayulita is approximately a
45-minute car ride from the airport.
Please note that we can only provide group transfers that arrive close to our check
in and check out. If you have a later flight you will be responsible for your own transfer and we will help you arrange.

I also highly recommend getting travel insurance and can send you a link to the type of insurance I purchase when I travel. It’s super reasonable and comprehensive.
Terms & Conditions
Upon booking there will be a $850 USD non refundable deposit. The second payment will be due June 2026 and the final payment September 2026. No refunds.
