Escape with me to Sayulita, Mexico November 11-16, 2024. Sayulita is one of my most favorite places on earth, full of magic and beauty. a perfect place to reconnect within and reignite your spark.

We will begin every day with morning slow flow yoga, practicing in an open air studio facing the ocean. You’ll enjoy three delicious, nourishing meals. There will be plenty of space for quiet time in the sun, outdoor adventures and whatever you might need. This retreat is open exclusively to women to cultivate safe space for practice and deep work.
